Blyzenko GBM (the “App”) is an internal tool operated by Blyzenko (blyzenko.ua) for managing the company’s own Google Business Profile listings. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the App

Access is granted only to the company’s authorized staff. There is no open sign-up; accounts are created by company administrators.

Acceptable use

• Use the App only for the lawful management of business profiles owned by the company.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or circumvent authentication.
• Do not use the App in any way that violates Google’s terms or applicable law.

Google data

The App works with Google Business Profile data through official Google APIs. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page.

Blyzenko GBM (далі — «Застосунок») — внутрішній інструмент компанії «Близенько» (blyzenko.ua) для керування власними бізнес-профілями в Google Business Profile. Використовуючи Застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з цими Умовами.

Хто може користуватися

Доступ надається лише уповноваженим працівникам компанії. Відкритої реєстрації немає; облікові записи створюють адміністратори компанії.

Допустиме використання

• Використовуйте Застосунок лише для законного керування бізнес-профілями, які належать компанії.
• Не намагайтеся отримати несанкціонований доступ, порушити роботу сервісу чи обійти механізми автентифікації.
• Не використовуйте Застосунок у спосіб, що порушує умови Google або чинне законодавство.

Дані Google

Застосунок працює з даними Google Business Profile через офіційні Google API. Обробка даних описана в нашій Політиці конфіденційності.

Відсутність гарантій

Застосунок надається «як є», без будь-яких гарантій. Компанія не несе відповідальності за збитки, що виникли внаслідок користування Застосунком, у межах, дозволених законом.

Ми можемо оновлювати ці Умови; актуальну версію опубліковано на цій сторінці.
